Customer can choose either online upgrade or local upgrade. When connected to the internet, the inverter will automatically download and update the firmware.

Sineng offers two communication dongle options: Wi-Fi dongle and 4G dongle. The standard one is Wi-Fi dongle. With the Wi-Fi dongle, customers can connect the inverter to their household Wi-Fi signal. Alternatively, using the 4G dongle, the inverter data will be transferred to the service automatically.

Firstly, check if any warnings or alarms have triggered a power limit. Secondly, ensure that the surfaces of your PV panels are clean and not covered by shadows.
