Please provide the serial number of inverter/data acquisition to your installer/distributor and briefly describe your issues. Then your installer/distributor will contact Sineng, facilitating a remote analysis. In cases where onsite cooperation is necessary, Sineng will guide the installer through the process. Should the equipment prove faulty within the warranty period, we will proceed with a replacement. In instances where the equipment is beyond warranty coverage, you can acquire a new unit or opting for an extended warranty for continued coverage.
The LED indicator on the SN100-125PT convey distinct information based on its color and status. A green blinking light, alternating between on and off for 1 second each, represents the standby mode, including this case where DC is powered off, AC is powered on.
A steady green light indicates normal operation, while a blue blinking LED, with the same 1-second on and off cycle, signifies an ongoing update process.
A steady red LED indicates a fault, including cases where DC is powered on while AC is powered off. If the LED is off, it signifies that both AC and DC are powered off, leading to equipment shutdown.
A slow blinking green light, with a duration of 1 second on and 1 second off, indicates the standby mode. Meanwhile, a fast blinking green light, with a duration of 0.25 seconds on and 0.25 seconds off, signifies a self-test during startup.
When the LED indicator is steadily green, it indicates normal operation. A steady blue light suggests that the system is currently undergoing an update. On the other hand, a blinking red LED denotes a power-off situation on either the AC or DC side, while a steady red light signals a fault.
When the LED indicator is off, it signifies a complete power-off on AC & DC and the equipment shutdown.
The left LED indicator convey distinct information based on its status. A steady green light indicates normal operation, while a blinking green light signifies standby mode. When the left LED is off, it indicates a disconnection from the grid (the connection of AC side is abnormal).
The middle LED indicator, when blue and blinking, indicates normal communication or an ongoing update process. If the middle LED is off, it signifies no communication.
As for the right LED indicator, a steady red light signals an abnormal inverter status. If it blinks, it indicates a power-off situation on either the DC or AC side. When the right LED is off, it denotes a normal operating condition.
①Configure zero export in enjoysolar platform: Please send the following information to your installer: 1. The pictures of wiring both on the inverter and meter side; 2. The inverter or data acquisition’s serial number; 3. The meter model and CT ratio of the meter.
Then the installer will contact Sineng technical team and we will operate remotely.
②Configure zero export in PowerInsight2 APP: Step1: Enable the Bluetooth function on your phone, log in to PowerInsight2 as an owner (password: 123456).
Step2: Wait for the device to be scanned, then enter the inverter page and click "Device" to see the software version of the inverter.
Step3: Take a screenshot of the software version and send it to your installer, who will contact Sineng. If the software version does not support zero export, we will guide him to update firstly; If the software version supports zero export, the installer will proceed with the operation.
Verify whether the inverter is in standby mode or undergoing an upgrade. If it is in the process of upgrading, please wait until the upgrade is complete. In the case of standby mode, wait until the inverter transitions to the normal state. If the inverter is running normally, ensure the entered parameters are within the range and confirm that you have pressed the save option.
Situation 1: No device is in the device list.
Please wait for 5 minutes. If there's still no monitoring data, exit the app and relaunch it.
Situation 2: Device is in the device list, but offline.
Check the status of the three indicators on the data stick and contact the Sineng technical team if needed.
