Redefining Utility-Scale Solar with Next-Generation Technologies

At the core of Sineng's showcase were its newly launched utility-scale PV solutions, highlighted by the 4.8MW MV turnkey station, 9.6MW MV turnkey station and 400kW+ string inverter.

The 4.8MW and 9.6MW MV turnkey stations, configured with two or four units of 2.4MW central inverter respectively, offer exceptional scalability and design flexibility for large block applications while effectively reducing BOS costs. With intelligent temperature control technology to prolong equipment lifespan and a modular architecture enabling IGBT module replacement within 30 minutes, these turnkey solutions deliver both durability and operational excellence. Coupled with the 1500V DC intelligent combiner, they support real-time IV curve scanning for proactive monitoring and rapid fault detection—maximizing system safety and reliability.

The high-capacity 400kW+ string inverter, with its reduced weight, facilitates easier transportation and installation. Its high DC/AC ratio contributes to significantly lower LCOE, optimizing project ROI. Featuring IP66-rated protection, wide operating temperature range, AFCI 2.0 and advanced functions such as MPPT-level insulation resistance monitoring and AC/DC cable grounding fault detection, it ensures great adaptability and simplified O&M.

Both the central and string inverter solutions demonstrate robust grid-forming capabilities, reinforcing Sineng's technological leadership in grid stability and energy resilience.

Leading the New Era of 6MW+ Energy Storage Solutions

In the realm of energy storage, Sineng showcased its latest lineup of high-performance PCS, led by the 430kW string PCS, known for its power density, efficiency, and longevity.

Featuring cutting-edge liquid cooling technology, the 430kW PCS reduces auxiliary power consumption by 30%, lowers internal temperature rise by 5K, and extends the system lifespan beyond 25 years. The IGBT temperature difference is maintained within 3°C while the system's power output increased by 10%. Configurable into a 6.25MW MV turnkey station, it is equipped with grid-forming technology and tailored for utility-scale deployments.

Sineng also introduced the 250kW liquid cooling string PCS, featuring rack-level energy management, VSG functionality, primary frequency regulation, and black start capability. The 1725kW central PCS, scalable to a 6.9MW MV turnkey solution, delivers high power density in a compact footprint—significantly lowering infrastructure investment and transportation costs.

Advancing Commercial & Industrial Decarbonization

Catering to the evolving needs of commercial and industrial customers, Sineng presented its comprehensive C&I solutions, empowered by AI-driven technologies. Equipped with smart arc detection, quick troubleshooting, and fast shutdown capabilities, these solutions ensure maximum safety and improved system reliability. Certified to L4 standard, the systems also integrate circuit-breaking functionality for proactive protection, along with intelligent AC/DC temperature sensing for early warning and risk prevention.

Among the full product portfolio, the 150kW string inverter garnered significant attention. With advanced features such as terminal temperature detection, smart switching, and AFCI, it guarantees safe and reliable operation. Its continuous 1.1x overload capability guarantees more power generation and enhances overall system profitability.

Elevating Residential Energy Independence

Sineng's three-phase residential solar-plus-storage solution is built for unmatched safety, efficiency, and scalability. Each battery pack integrates six 335Ah automotive-grade cells and incorporates DC/DC modules, eliminating the need for manual recalibration during capacity expansion. The solution allows for the mixed use of old and new batteries, eliminating the "bucket effect". The battery system has passed a series of rigorous tests—including module puncture, cell puncture, and fire safety tests—ensuring 24/7 operational safety. With a modular design supporting up to four battery packs per rack (up to 25.6kWh) and up to four racks in parallel, the solution offers flexible configurations to meet a wide range of residential energy needs.
